According to letter of Ministry of Education that was issued on 16/8/2020:

On-ground teaching at international school can’t start before 15/9/2020 but schools can start teaching online from 1/9/2020.

When students start attending, precautions must be taken by schools to ensure the safety of the students, teachers and all workers of the school.
