You will act as the main developer for all of our digital properties. He or she will work closely with the team to create new ideas, improve functionality, and optimize conversion throughout our digital channels.

Skills
. Have an open mind towards learning new technologies · Knows how to turn designs into a product using the relevant languages.
· Fantastic communication skills, being able to keep managers in-the-loop of progress, changes, blockers, and ETAs.
· Experience scoping web projects, ranging from development-from-scratch to simple change requests.
· General awareness of good UX and UI principles, familiarity with accessible design patterns, a good grasp on interaction design methods, and some experience with information architecture is a plus.
· Ability to be a technical project manager, including knowledge of the end-to-end process of web production, all the way from design concepting to final production result.

Requirements:

*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

* 0-2 years professional experience in web design/development in WordPress · 0-5 years professional experience in HTML and CSS

* 0-3 years professional experience in HTML5 and CSS3

* 3+ years in developing front-end code for consumer product Web sites.
* 2+ years experience in ecommerce backend or systems

* Passion for aesthetics and a strong understanding of usability and visual design · Ability to instill and enforce best practices around web development

* Ability to work both independently and in cooperation with others

*Preferred to be an IGCSE graduate.
