Job title: Social Media Assistant (Morning & weekend shifts – IGCSE students and grads ONLY)

The IG Club is one of the top organisations serving the community of British curriculum school students and parent s in Egypt, providing them with academic advising, counselling, and a plethora of extracurricular activities that help students develop important skills.
To serve The IG Club customers and target audience online by replying to their different communications through multiple social media platforms which includes replying to comments, messages and tweets in addition to moderating IGCSE parents society group on Facebook to ensure The IG Club policies are applied.
The social media assistant is responsible for
• Manage to advertise all programmes held by The IG Club on it’s Official Page on Facebook and Twitter.
• Follow up with customers, parents and students.
• Assist IGCSE candidates and parents through The IG Club academic advising programmes.
• Moderating the group IGCSE Parents society on facebook and ensuring The IG Club policies and standards are applied.
ICT Skills (facebook and twitter) advanced user
Customer Service Specialist
Creative writing and communication skill
Mastering both English and Arabic languages
Work location: work from home with a monthly meeting with the CEO and a weekly conference call with the Digital Communications manager and CEO,
Working days and hours: 7 days a week.
