About

The European Universities in Egypt (EUE) grants a world-class education through hosting branches of top-class universities that provide undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.

EUE is established according to the presidential decree no.86 of the year 2021 and is based in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. EUE offers transnational education by bringing together reputable international universities to create a unique hub in the MENA region.

EUE is currently hosting the University of London that awards various programmes under the academic direction of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), in addition to the University of Central Lancashire that accords numerous Engineering programmes

Students studying at EUE have the unique opportunity to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in just 3 years

EUE will provide its students with state-of- the-art learning and research experiences to meet the needs of the emerging Egyptian economy and the international market. It aims to be a novel research hub which nurtures transnational education in the MENA region and makes socioeconomic impact across all collaborating markets.

o Academic Requirements for IGCSE

Direct Entry – School of EMFSS (Year 1)

  •  3 O-level in non-overlapping subjects + 2 A levels in non-overlapping subjects OR 3
    A-levels in non-overlapping subjects.
  • Mathematics at GCSE level with grade of A – C
  • Satisfy English language requirements

Direct Entry – School of Computing (Year 1)

  •  3 O-level in non-overlapping subjects + 2 A levels in non-overlapping subjects OR 3

o Academic Requirements for IGCSE

Direct Entry – School of Law (Year 1)

  •  5 O-Levels s at grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent
  •  UCAS: 96 points at A2 including grade C in A Level Maths and Physics or STEM
  • Satisfy English language requirements

Foundation Entry (Year 0)

  • 5 O-Levels s at grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent
  • Satisfy English Language requirements

ENGLISH REQUIREMENTS

Students should acquire one of the following:

International Foundation Programme (Year 0):

  • GCSE in English language (grade C) or equivalent.
  • Proof that you spent five years at a secondary school taught only in English.
  • A proficiency test passed within the last three years.

The following proficiency tests are accepted for the International Foundation Programme, provided they have been awarded within the past three years:

  • APTIS: overall score of at least 140, with at least 21 in Listening, 29 in Reading, 39 in Writing and 29 in Speaking.
  • (IELTS) International English Language Testing System: 5.5 overall, with 5.0 in each sub-test (Academic or General or IELTS Indicator Online Test).
  • Duolingo: must achieve an overall score of at least 95.
  • Password English Language Test: 5.5 overall, with 5.0 in each sub-test.
  • Pearson Test of English, Academic: 46 overall, with 46 in both Reading and Writing.
  • (TOEFL) iBT Test of English as a Foreign Language (including Special Home Edition test): 75 overall, with 18+ in Reading and Writing sub-tests and 16+ in Speaking and Listening.

  1. Register on the European Universities in Egypt’s website (create, verify your account, and complete
    your online application)3. Upload final transcript for grades 10, 11, and 12, along with proof of English proficiency (if required) to the online application.

    4. Pay application fee of 75 GBP (or equivalent) online or to one of the European Universities
    in Egypt bank accounts (mentioned below in the tuition fees section) at the National Bank of
    Egypt (NBE) and upload proof of payment to your online application.

    5. Submit application

Tuition Fees:

All tuition fees are subject to an ongoing 20% discount for class of 2021.

University of London Tuition Fees 2021/2022 with a launching discount of 20%:

  • Foundation Year – 5,000 GBP (after discount) or EGP equivalent* per semester
  • Year 1: EMFSS (University of London under academic direction from LSE) – 6,500
    GBP (after discount) or EGP equivalent* per semester
  • Year 1: Computer Science (under academic direction from Goldsmiths, University of
    London) – 5,000 GBP (after discount) or EGP equivalent* per semester
  • Year 1: Law (under academic direction from Laws Consortium) – 5,000 GBP (after
    discount) or EGP equivalent* per semester

University of Central Lancashire Tuition fees 2021/2022 with a launching discount of 20%:

  • Foundation Year: Engineering – 5,000 GBP (after discount) or EGP equivalent* per
    semester
