The IGCSE Academic Coordinator will mainly provide support to implement the IG Club activities and services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The coordinator is responsible with the direct manager to manage the flow of the IGCSE information with the technical team.
Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new market.
Researching the updated information of the IGCSE to share it with the rest of the team.
Give info sessions and orientation sessions for the customers.
Giving academic advice for individuals and assisting them throughout their IGCSE years.
Prepare and monitor work plan, project schedules, budgets and expenditures when it is required with coordination with the business development officer.
Coordinate all the project activities within the IG Club and with the partners.
1+ Years of experience in a relevant field.
Fluency in English language
Essential computer background (Word, PowerPoint, excel, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage efficiently multiple priorities, deadlines and tasks with attention to details.
Strong presentation skills.
Flexible working hours.
Financial Compensation: Gross Salary range ( 6,000 EGP – 8,000 EGP )
